- General Information
Aula requires registration and login. Use of the app is voluntary, but requires creating a user account.
- Data Processed
– User registration data (e.g. email address, password)
– User voice recordings (processed locally and on the server for AI analysis)
– Personal data necessary for account creation and management
– No profiling or marketing
- Purpose and Legal Basis
– Account creation and management
– Analysis of voice recordings at the user’s request
– Sending push notifications (with consent)
– Permissions: microphone, notifications, (optionally) photo library
- Data Sharing
– Registration data and recordings are not shared with third parties, except for technical providers supporting the app (e.g. server, AI), who process data only on behalf of the controller.
- User Rights
– Right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict processing of data (including account and recordings)
– Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority
- Security
– Data is stored securely
– No long-term storage of recordings after analysis (deleted on request)
